Masar is a free educational app about UAE real estate. It contains no purchases, ads or payments. Lessons are general guidance and not legal, financial or professional advice. Always check current rules with the official authority.
Give accurate details and keep your sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Do not cheat in exams or duels, use automation, harass others, post unlawful or offensive names or content, or try to access other people's data. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Rankings, certificates and the skill passport show your activity in Masar. They are not a guarantee of a job, licence or qualification. Hiring partners are independent companies. You choose whether they can see your profile.
Masar's lessons, questions and design belong to TheNibras Technologies. You keep ownership of what you submit and give us permission to store and display it as the app requires.

دروس مسار وأسئلته وتصميمه ملك لشركة نبراس للتقنية. تبقى ملكية ما ترسله لك، وتمنحنا إذناً بتخزينه وعرضه بالقدر الذي يتطلبه التطبيق.
